Throughout the many challenge of the last few years, I was fortunate to embark on a journey of personal and musical explorations with the recording of my debut album with CRD Records, 'The Chopin Connection'.

This unique project unravelled musical connections between Chopin and two of his pupils from the Rothschild family, Charlotte (1825-1899) and Mathilde (1832-1924), championing two exceptional women composers whose names wheren't properly recognised by history, while revealing new facets in the tradition of their legendary teacher, through both their shared works and the teachings of my own musical lineage in the footsteps of Pnina Salzman and Alfred Cortot.

I'm deeply grateful for the generous help and support of several incredible individuals to whom I'm forever indebted, and for the encouragement I was fortunate to receive from my dear family, friends and colleagues during the process. My profound appreciation to Emma and Tom Pauncefort from CRD Records for picking this project and producing it with unique care and commitment; to the amazing recording team: producer Simon Weir, audio engineer Morgan Roberts, and videographer Michael Hamilton, for their

dedicated work and efforts; and to the wonderful British soprano singer, Charlotte de Rothschild, for introducing me to the repertoire of her direct ancestors, and sharing their extraordinary story and music.

Here are a few momentos from my journey, stretching from Cortot's Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris to the Royal Academy of Music in London, recording at the superb Menuhin Hall, and practising, lecturing, and performing at fantastic historical venues.
